Water Ops Support

Signing in

Tap Staff Access and use the email and password your utility's administrator gave you, or join with the code they give you. There is no public sign-up: accounts come from your utility.

To look around first, tap Guest / Explorer. It opens sample records on the phone only.

Forgotten password

Ask your utility's Water Ops administrator; they can set a new one. Once you are signed in, you can change your own password under Settings.

Readings taken with no signal

They are kept on the phone and send themselves when you are back in range, once and never twice. Settings shows any still waiting, and any the server refused, with the reason.

Alerts

The people in the roles your utility chooses to tell (owners, administrators and supervisors, unless it changes that) get alerts about new 811 locates, their deadlines and new work orders. Settings says whether they are on for this phone and, if not, what to do. Tapping an alert opens its ticket or work order.

The control-room computer

Under Water, Open in AnyDesk starts AnyDesk with the computer's address. If your administrator has kept its password, Copy Password puts it on the clipboard to paste when AnyDesk asks. Every copy is recorded.

Deleting your account

Settings, then Delete My Account. Your sign-in and name are deleted; the records you kept stay with your utility.

What you need

An iPhone or iPad with iOS 15.1 or later. Staff also need an account from a utility that runs Water Ops.
